First things first, I like to have fun with people and what I do. I am a personal business coach. Yes, I have received training and been coaching since 1983. I have gone through and continue to happily go through more personal development.
But, that doesn’t really tell you much. First and foremost I am an entrepreneur. For over the last 30 years I have I have been and still am on the front lines of small business. I love it. I have struggled. That means very little cash flow and wondering when and if the bills are going to get paid.
I have thrived. These are times of great cash flow. I have met payrolls. I’ve had to create systems for my businesses to grow. I have hired people and fired people. I have faced indecision on how to market and advertise my business. What works? What doesn’t? I’ve had to plan for the future, one year, five years and ten years out.
Yes, I have been through all those things that can make you stomach churn and keep you up late at night. Here’s the best part. Most of what I have created has given me greater freedom and abundance. What does that mean?
As I earn more money I spend less time working to receive it. Now that’s an interesting concept and foreign to many people. I spend less time working in my business because I am now working on my business. And when I work on my business I have more time to pursue and enjoy that thing we can miss called life.
