All of us have heard that our perspective is our reality. And that is true. And life does move on. We get to choose the role we are going to play. We get to choose how we think about what is happening to us. The important thing is this. Everything we shut our eyes to, everything we run away from, everything we deny, denigrate or despise, serves to defeat us in the end. Why? Hate and fear never lead to a positive, fulfilling life. Get rid of hate and forgive. Get rid of fear by taking action to overcome it. Action cures fear. Or, instead of pushing against fear, learn to work with it as an impetus to grow.
